My husband’s friend is a small business owner who has to meet with vendors and clients from time to time. He kept complaining that he spent more time trying to set up meetings than he did running his business. Todd (my husband’s friend) needs the meetings because he has to order supplies for his business and wants to find the most competitive vendors. Todd felt like he would rather stick with his current vendors, even though they cost him more, because he had a difficult time scheduling and keeping meetings with potential vendors. A Blackberry is fine and dandy but it doesn’t help when the vendors don’t have access to your e-mail! Todd found a great resource in checkappointments. He stopped worrying about whether or not his potential vendors received his meeting invites.
Todd can finally focus on his business and make some money. By using checkappointments he has been able to meet with vendors over the phone. Those are appointments that either he or the vendors would have missed in the past. Not only are sales up, but the expenses are down due to his new organizational skills – thanks to checkappointments.
